Delete My Account & Data
PoolKer: A Poker Pool Fusion (PoolKer LLC) — how to permanently remove your account and data.
How to request deletion
- Open PoolKer on your device and go to your Profile screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the red "Delete All My Data" button.
- Confirm the warning, then type DELETE (all capitals) when asked.
- If your profile is linked to a Google account, you'll be asked to sign in again first, to confirm the request really comes from you.
Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period.
This cannot be undone. If you want to keep your League standing or
badge progress for reference, back that up first (Profile → Backup) before deleting.
Can't access the app?
If you've uninstalled PoolKer or can't sign in, email poolkerbilliards@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account (or tell us your in-game display name) and we'll delete your data manually within a few days.
What gets deleted

| A bug report you previously submitted | Kept as a support record, not tied back to a live account |
